Reservations & Confirmation
Submitting a booking through this website creates a reservation request. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or text from our team. We confirm vehicle and time availability before finalizing any reservation.
Pricing & Quotes
Estimated pricing is shown when automatic pricing is available. When it is not, our team will provide a manual quote. Final pricing may include additional stops, extra waiting time, airport or parking fees, tolls, gratuity where applicable, and taxes.
Deposits & Payment
Depending on the service, we may require full payment, a fixed deposit, a percentage deposit, or payment after approval. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full credit-card information on this website.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation windows and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a reservation. This section is editable so you can set your specific cancellation terms.
Waiting Time & Additional Stops
Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time beyond the included grace period and for stops added to your trip. These will be reflected in your final total.
Airport Pickups
For airport pickups, please provide your airline, flight number, and terminal. We monitor flight status where possible. Meet-and-greet service is available upon request and may carry an additional fee.
Conduct & Liability
